It is possible to add RUSH to your order.
Before ordering the RUSH order please send us a message, we need to check if we have the black in stock. If we have the black in stock the ring will be made and shipped within 48hours.

Shipping information:
We ship with DHL express on-demand. We use a special program that fedges information from Etsy. This means the system will use the email address used on Etsy ( your profile email ) we can not change this. When we mark an order complete tracking information will be sent to that email and also the completed order will have a tracking code.
Transit times are based on location, it varies from 1-5 days worldwide ( due to the pandemic ) Europe is 1-2 days outside Europe mostly 3 days.
Construction of our rings:
Our rings are made with a jewellery grade CA, this CA is made so it won’t cause a skin reaction. They are waterproof and can be worn when swimming or showering.
Ring size & custom:
If you order a Decazi ring it will be made by hand we don’t have rings in stock. This way we guarantee that every ring is made by your wishes.
Make sure when you measure your fingers that the size is correct if you have troubles with sizing please let us now we can help you.
Tungsten:
The main property of Tungsten carbide is that it’s hypoallergenic so you cant be allergic to our rings. Even the most sensitive can wear a Decazi ring.
Production:
Our rings are all handmade in The Netherlands, we do NOT sell premade ring from aliexpress.
A good way to spot Ali-express ( dropship ) rings is the engraving “Tungsten carbide” on the inside.
Selling premade rings is illegal and against Etsy’s TOS. Etsy only allows for handmade products.
Our rings are unique and one of a kind, you won’t find them elsewhere.
Because of that our rings are unique they can look different in colour and stone placement.
Shipping:
We ship worldwide, to keep the cost low we send our products in a Cardboard envelope. The ring will sit in a custom decazi ( eco friendly ) ring box, that box will sit in a Decazi Nappa-leather bag.
Refund:
Every order is handmade and unique, so for that, we don’t accept refunds. But we will find a proper solution to make you a happy customer.
Warranty:
We do offer a warranty on our rings.
Ceramic rings 6 months on the ring ( exclude inlay )
Tungsten 12 months on the ring ( exclude inlay )
This means that if the ring breaks and it’s due to malfunction ( which is rare ) we will exchange the ring on our expenses. If the rings break due to mishandling we do not cover the exchange.
For the inlay we offer a 6-month free redo-service we only ask to cover the shipping back to you but the service is completely free.
Included in this service is – rebuff the ring – polishing – filling up holes – if the inlay falls out.
Products with genuine opal:
Keep in mind that the colour for genuine opals can be very different, we cannot control this we rely on what we can get from the opal distributor. Blue opal listed can be yellow/red/purple/ or a mix of colours.
Genuine opals:
We use Australian/Ethiopian/andamooka opals these are natural and can look different in colour. Some are blue some are yellow or purple. If you want a specific colour please send us a not upon buying so we can check what we have in stock.
Glow in the dark:
the glow in the pictures ( if there is glow added ) can vary. due to a couple of factors, the glow can be stronger or less strong. one of that factor is the amount of opal that is on top of the glow powder and the density of the opal. Therefore it is possible that the Glow is very faint. If you want the glow to be very present please let us know, we will explain the options. The red glow is a not strong glow keep that in mind. most of our glows can be charged with pure sunlight and some need to be charged with a UV light ( UV-keychain will do )
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges if the size is not correct. We do handle a 20% remake fee ( as we have to make a completely new ring ) and the shipping costs. So make sure you are correct with the size. We make pictures of every ring on a mandrel before they leave our shop.
